Shipping Policy
All non-custom orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (business days only).

Custom orders are handmade to order and require approximately 3–4 weeks for processing before shipment. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been processed and may vary depending on the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Shop W Vela is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us if you need assistance with information for a carrier claim.
